Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if an item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer returns. Please let us know if you are unhappy with your products for any reason and we will work with you to find an acceptable solution, if there is an issue with your order. We do offer a small selection of samples so that you can test some of our more expensive products before trying them.  Since we all have unique skin types and needs, not all products will be the best fit for everyone. Please keep this in mind as sometimes it takes some trial and error to find the very best skincare routine for your unique skin.

Incorrect address
We are not responsible if a package does not arrive due to an incorrect address being entered when the order was placed online. Please ensure that your address is correct when you place your order.

Refunds
Any refunds will be refunded back on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
